Use Transparent To make windows all transparent

I saw many themes in Gnome-look.org have transparent. Then i download them but found not seem as the screenshot. I feel cheated!

But yesterday,actually is 3:00 AM today's early morning. I found him-Transset.
USE $sudo spt-get insta transset to install.
but when i type
$transset
in Terminal and Enter ,there only is a Harrow and i check a window but nothing happened.
i try many times but still can't make transparention.

use google to study!

I frond that i need an app called: xcompmgr
use $sudo apt-get install xcompmgr
to get it
then Alt-F2 run xcompmgr after to close some windows.
use $transset .* (*=5 mean 50% transparent)
to change windows_type.
Then I got this:

Study in IRC

There are many people in IRC  Freenode-#ubuntu&-#kubuntu
I post my question there and many friendly person answer me immediately!
Today's tip:
>a great Terminal:Yakuake:

Install:
$sudo apt-get install yakuake
Alt-F2,  typing in "yakuake", then you can use F12 to open it.
but Yakuake will not autostart when you log in. So add it in session:
System-Preference-Sessions(add yakuake in 'Startup Programs')
have a good time!
